Join Us for the 21st Annual EBSCA Convention in Zagreb! 
Europe’s leading event for baseball and softball coaches is heading to Croatia! The 21st European Baseball & Softball Coaches Association Convention promises to be an inspiring and memorable weekend. The event will be hosted at the modern Zonar Zagreb hotel, conveniently located near Zagreb’s city centre. 

The 21st annual convention of the European Baseball & Softball Coaches Association will take place in Zagreb from 29 to 31 January 2027. The programme will feature valuable insights from MLB and MiLB professionals, ISG speakers and prominent European coaches. Sponsors and vendors will also be present to showcase the latest equipment, resources and coaching solutions. 

Connect with coaches from across Europe and beyond in an environment created for sharing knowledge and building relationships. Join us in the historic city of Zagreb for a special combination of expert presentations, networking and celebration.

SOFTBALL! 
Following the success of last year’s programme, softball will once again have a prominent place at the convention, with 7 exclusive breakout sessions presented by leading softball experts. Softball coaches, this programme is for you! Take part in dedicated clinics developed specifically for the softball community.

Regular Price: €120 
Register by the deadline of 31 December 2026.

Late Entry Price: €150 
Registration will remain possible until the start of the convention, including walk-in registration. Please note that lunch with the speakers and convention team can no longer be booked after 15 January 2027.

Lunch at Restaurant NRG: €25 per day 
Saturday and Sunday 
Share lunch with the speakers, EBSCA team and fellow coaches at the hotel restaurant while enjoying another valuable opportunity to connect. Lunch consists of a buffet and includes one glass of mineral water or juice. 
The deadline for restaurant reservations is 15 January 2027. 
Lunch is NOT included in the convention fee for this edition. Once registered for the convention, you will receive information how to sign in for lunch.

Important Note: 
A valid EBCA Full Membership covering the convention dates is required for registration. 
Please renew or extend your membership before registering. This requirement also applies to one-day visitors. 
Membership is NOT included in the convention fee.

Lodging 
Convention attendees will be able to book accommodation at the Zonar Zagreb hotel at special rates. Further details are provided below.
